Can you coordinate with my general contractor on a new build?
Yes — we work alongside South Shore GCs on new construction in Hingham, Cohasset, and Duxbury. We coordinate on subfloor specs, install timing, and finish curing relative to other trades.
Do you do condo work?
Yes — including high-rise condos in Quincy and Braintree with HOA quiet-hours rules, freight elevator scheduling, and HOA paperwork.
How quickly can you start a residential project?
Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks for refinishing, 4–8 weeks for new installs. We book up fastest in spring and fall.
